Wild Mushrooms

Winter of 2011, me and my mom with some friends went wild mushroom hunting. The mushroom you see on the top is an oyster mushroom and we actually ate it the day we picked it!

Shiloh, Mackenzie, and I made collages together. We started out with a few catalogs and paper. Shiloh made a bike, I made a underwater scene, and Mackenzie made the sun and some clouds. After we made them, we painted the background. It's hard to read the little words, but they say "Mix. Match.", "Our very best natural sea salt," and "say what?"

Tea Time

I just saw the funniest ring! It's supposed to look like a tea table but miniature. I think it is pretty ridiculous but at the same time pretty cute.

Rain

AAAAAH! It has finally rained for the first time in eternity. I'm so happy about it. It was so funny, at church this morning I was the only one that was running around in the rain and not hiding under the roof.

Another hot day on the ranch.
My brother just made the tallest, most cool, most colorful tower in the Kauk house ever. It all started with me wanting to make a dupalo tower that was 75 stories tall. But then Joshua made one that was 97 stories high.


And then...


HE CRUSHED IT!

The Play

Our church is having a play for Christmas this year. It is about the wise men coming to find Jesus and worship him. First the wise men go visit king Herod in Jerusalem. I am king Herod in the play, and Mackenzie is Mary.
We are going to perform it at a convalescent home and at the Christmas Eve service. :)

My Snake

I just found an awesome snake that I named Bruce. It is orange and black, and we think it is a southern ringneck snake.

I found it up by our pool in some leaves. My sister and I found it together.

Don't worry! It's not poisonous.
